MSI Optix MAG301CR2 Brings 200Hz Refresh Rate to the Curve

MSI has announced the new Optix MAG301CR2, a curved monitor that is able to stand up with the best of the lot in the high frequency debate.

The new monitor has a resolution of 2560×1080 on a VA panel and measures at 29.5-inches. The monitor has a 1500R curve and also brings with it a 1ms MPRT response time. The most useful part though is the 200 Hz refresh rate that it comes with. It comes with AMD FreeSync and has the ability to be adjusted for height, tilt, and swivel.

At first glance users will notice just how thin those bezels are on the sides and top, and the monitor also has MSI’s Mystic Light backlight, giving you complete control of the RGB lightning of your PC all in one.
