Blur Busters initially mentioned the Porsche Design and AOC partnership last year from the press release, saying that the companies plan to bring excellent gaming monitors to the market, giving players a mix of high performance and stylish design.
It seems that the reviews for the Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27 have begun to surface, and so far, have been rather positive.
The Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27 is a 27-inch curved monitor on a VA panel, running at 2560×1440 at 240Hz. The monitor seems to have support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and also has a 0.5ms (MPRT) response time.
A review on the monitor from Tomβs Hardware states that the monitor has exceptional build quality, and support for 240 Hz on a curved screen format, but also states that the monitor is expensive.
This 1000R curved monitor claims to have a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and height adjustment, swivel, and tilt too. It also seems to be going for $799.99 which seems to be on the rather expensive end of monitors with similar spec.
